Pear, Fennel & Walnut Salad

Salad

Prep TIme:  10 min   Serves 4
 
2 tbsp Walnut pieces
1/4 cup Low Fat Mayonnaise
1 pear, thinly chopped
1 Cucumber, thinly chopped
1/2 fennel bulb, thinly chopped
pepper to taste
1/2 cup cubbed Light Havarti Cheese
 
 Toast walnuts in a dry skillet on medium heat, stirring until fragrant, about 3 min. Once cooled, combine with mayonnaise.  Mix with all other ingredients.
 
Can also spread this salad on bread!  Makes a wonderful sandwich!
