  1. Osteoarthritis and keeping active

    Most people think of osteoarthritis pain as a sign they need to stop being active. The truth is quite the opposite. Exercise has been shown to decrease osteoarthritis pain!! Exercise not only increases the strength of the muscles that support our joints but also helps keep our joints lubricated. Nothing moves better then a well oiled machine!!
